Most stones are unique and one-of-a-kind. If you see an item listed as "out of stock", that means it cannot be recreated. A similar piece MAY be able to be created, depending on the particular stones and/or other materials. You can always ask and stone inventories can be checked. I am happy to send images of any similar stones I have in stock.
