Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer and store credit will be issued for the

purchase price + sales tax.

Any items that require repair can be shipped to me at your cost and will be returned at mine. If a lost earring can be duplicated/recreated, it will be at 1/2 the retail pair cost.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting K. Mock Design at kmockdesign@yahoo.com or sending a message from the web page. Refunds may be requested within 30 days of receipt of item and will only be refunded after the returned piece has been returned and inspected for damages.
